Boaz Salik
Boaz Salik is the Managing Principal and founder of FischerJordan. Boaz has over a decade of experience in consulting to the financial services industry in Reengineering, Segmentation and Rewards. Boaz began his career as an Associate and then an Engagement Manager at Mitchell Madison Group, then co-founded Inductis Inc., where he was a Principal until 2004. He is also the co-founder and Chairman of Bookins.com, a leading book-swapping website. Boaz holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Caltech and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona. 

Neet Shah
As an Associate Principal at FischerJordan, Neet Shah has led several high impact projects in customer acquisition strategy, customer experience, investment optimization and reengineering for a major credit card company. Before joining FischerJordan, Neet worked at Inductis Inc. and the Mitchell Madison Group where he focused on driving major margin improvement initiatives for major global financial services companies. Neet holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Bombay and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management.

Trevor Barran
As an Associate Principal at FischerJordan, Trevor Barran has led a variety of strategic engagements for financial clients. Trevor has specific experience in leading teams to develop analytic methodologies for prediction of customer behavior, designing product and portfolio pricing, provisioning for loyalty program usage, and a number of other domains that are best addressed through customer analytics. Trevor holds a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and is also involved in research on using evolutionary paradigms for computational and software design.
